Before beginning please have ready the social security number, and birthdates of all persons on the account, primary owners driver's license #, and if applying for credit have a most recent paystub available.

Primary owner information
  1. First check off the "YES! I want to join" box
  2. Next check off all of the services you would like to open
  3. If you are opening a checking account you may choose between the four options. If you would like to receive your account statements online, check the box and provide your e-mail address.
  4. Enter all other requested information on the application
If you would like a joint owner on the account:
  1. Enter the name of the joint owner on the account, last, first, middle initial
  2. Next enter in the social security number and birth date for joint owner
  3. Repeat if you would like another joint owner on the account
Next have the primary and joint owners sign the application. This MUST be included for us to process your application.

Opening Accounts for Minors

If a parent wants to open a savings account for a child, the savings application must be signed as follows:

John Doe Jr by John Doe Sr (father)

In addition, the credit union recommends that at least one parent sign as joint owner on the account. The minor child must have his/her own social security number, the social security number of a parent is not permitted.

Fill in the Check Printing area exactly like you would like it to appear on your checks.
