Protecting Children’s Privacy OnlineSince USA Credit Union values the privacy of our young members, we have additional measures to protect those 17 and under. We will not contact children age 17 and under about special offers or for any marketing purpose. Participation in surveys is voluntary and children should obtain parental permission before submitting material.
Email inquiries submitted through OnLine USA’s Contact Us will have responses sent to the email address provided within their OnLine USA User options.
USA Credit Union does not collect any personal information from the visitors to our website. Personal information is requested when enrolling in the Club USA Boom section of our website. Parental authorization is not required to enroll online but our site will request that permission is obtained first. Information requested to join Club USA Boom includes Name, email address, mailing address, phone number and age. This information is not shared with anyone outside of USA Credit Union. Enrollment can also be made by phone or in person.

Important Information about Application Procedures
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens or has a financial relationship with USA Credit Union.
What this means to you: When a deposit or loan account is opened or a financial relationship is establish with USA Credit Union, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
Use of E-Mail InformationThe Credit Union will use personal information provided to us via e-mail as appropriate in the normal course of our business to provide the products and services that you request. We will not disclose information to third parties concerning your account with us, except as provided in our Privacy policy.
Email is outside our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and therefore we recommend our members do not send confidential information via e-mail. USA Credit Union’s e-mail response back to the sender will not include confidential account information.
